Model PTR Pull-Through Straightener
The Dynamic Pull-Through Straightener can be mounted directly onto the back of PF Mechanical Feed or our DX 6" & 12" wide ServoFeeds. Solely powered by the feed it's mounted to, the PTR straightener requires very little pulling force to feed and straighten.

Quality Construction
The body of the PTR is made of 1" plate. Six straightening rolls are mounted on heavy-duty needle bearings with inner and outer races. material is loaded by 2 pinch rolls driven through a gear cluster arrangement. As a result, the straightening rolls do not have to be reset at the start of every coil.

Reverse Coil Set Compensation
Reverse coil set is corrected by a special roller closest to the feed that exerts downward pressure for a straight feed into the die. This eliminates the need to remove the coil and run it upside down.
